Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to customer@totalergonomic.com and we will process an immediate replacement or compensation (usually within 1 business day).

Yes, you can change your order at no cost by simply emailing u at customer@totalergonomic.com and requesting the change. Any price difference will be credited to your card or we will send you a custom invoice to pay the difference. Orders can only be changed before shipping.
Depending on the brand, orders may ship out the same business day or take up to 2 business days to ship. On rare occasions order shipment may take longer due to unforeseen delays.
